DMK names Müller as CEO

Deutsches Milchkontor (DMK) has been reorganised. Ingo Müller, the former general manager of ingredients, agriculture and natural resources is the new CEO. He succeeds Josef Schwaiger, who had this responsibility for nine years.

DMK chairman Otto Lattwesen says, “With Ingo Müller we ring the generational changes in the company. At the same time, Müller knows the concerns of the farmers, is a renowned dairy expert and represents the interests of DMK Group as credible to policymakers and the public.”

The 44-year-old graduate engineer for milk and dairy industry has been responsible for the structural transformation of DMK Group since 2015.

Ingo Müller was director of agriculture and the CEO of Nordmilch from 2009 to 2011. In 2011 he took over the management of the ingredients sector and the central quality management and research and development, and was responsible for sales of over €1bn per year.
