Gattai Minoli advises on Trevisanalat acquisition
Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners has advised the private equity firm Alto Partners SGR on the trade sale of its portfolio company, white label mozzarella cheese producer Trevisanalat, to dairy group Sabell in Italy. The transaction will create a Made in Italy mozzarella cheese hub with sales in excess of €120 million.
Intesa Sanpaolo and BNL financed the acquisition by Sabelli.
