The capacity to exercise again after recovery following rehydration with either skimmed milk or a commercially available sports drink is comparable, according to a recent study published in the European Journal of Applied Physiology.
The US market for cottage cheese is growing and culture sales are improving as well. Cottage cheese accounts for five per cent, or approximately 700,000 tons, of the world’s 14.5 billion tons of cheese production. In North America cottage cheese makes up 12 per cent of all cheese produced.
