Calling the dairy industry

From far and wide, exhibitors and attendees are travelling to attend the International Cheese & Dairy Expo, being held at Staffordshire Country Showground in Stafford, UK on 27 June. Processes ranging from testing to logistics will be on site to help the dairy industry streamline and make processing more efficient and sustainable.

Exhibitors and speakers range from China’s Beijing Kwinbon Technology to the merger of two companies, Chr Hansen and Novozymes, to form Novonesis.
