A soft goats’ cheese made by Andalusian cheesemaker, Quesos y Besos, has been named as World Champion Cheese in Oviedo, Spain.
World Cheese Awards entry date announced
The World Cheese Awards will open for entry from 23 August, with organisers inviting cheese makers across the globe to submit their products to be judged by an international panel of 230 experts.
