Our courses RSPH Awards in HACCP Levels 2, 3 & 4 Our HACCP training provides the tools, knowledge and confidence to develop and implement HACCP plans – as well as take ownership through maintenance and monitoring - whether you’re new to HACCP or are leading a HACCP team. FDQ Auditing Skills, Supplier Auditing and Lead Auditor Certificates Be prepared for third-party BRC or customer audits, or learn how to perform supplier audits. Our trainers are active auditors, who will teach you the skills required to carry out effective internal audits of your systems, lead a team of auditors or audit your supply chain with confidence. RSPH Awards in Food Safety & Hygiene Levels 2, 3 & 4 Make sure you’re legally compliant and competent in food safety procedures and practices by attending a Verner Wheelock course. We’ll ensure that the training you and your staff receive is relevant at all levels from basic to supervisory roles and management. Specialist courses We run a variety of specialist training courses including VACCP & TACCP, Root Cause Analysis, Legal Labelling, Managing Food Allergens and Training the Trainer, as well as an Ethical Trading workshop. Flavourists will benefit from our Creating Thermal Process Flavours and Introduction to Flavours courses. On-site training available If you have 5 or more people to train, we offer convenient and cost-effective training at your own premises.
