Mengniu to supply milk to KFC

Mengniu Dairy, China’s biggest milk producer, will start supplying milk to the country’s 2,000 KFC restaurants next year.

KFC’s parent Yum Brands has formed a strategic alliance with Mengniu on milk supply, according to the companies, which have not disclosed details of the agreement. Earlier this year, Mengniu replaced Nestle to supply milk to Starbucks coffee shops in Beijing.
