Delta Foods and Granarolo in partnership

Delta Foods in Greece has signed an agreement with Granarolo, an Italian rawmilk and yogurt producer. The partnership will start with the launching and
distribution of Greek yogurt and cheese products in the Italian and Frenchmarket, produced in the Delta factories in Greece and distributed byGranarolo’s network.The Granarolo Group is one of the main players in Italy,and operates both in the production and collection of raw milk, through its Italian milk producers consortium Granlatte, as well as in the processing and marketing of dairy products with Granarolo, which owns eight production sites across Italy and two in France. Granarolo Group has an annual turnover of nearly €1 billion, and its Granarolo brand is the leader in fresh milk sales in Italy. Following the acquisition of Yomo brand in 2004, Granarolo now is also the biggest Italian yogurt producer, with a market leadership in full fat yogurt segment. Beyond Italy, Granarolo has also operations in France, Spain and England.
