Tetra Pak launches Tetra Alsafe for ESL production

Tetra Pak is launching Tetra Alsafe, an automated tank with constant temperature control for ESL (extended shelf-life) production.

Production of ESL items requires careful handling – one of the main challenges being quality control between processing and packaging. Tetra Alsafe adds a continuous circular configuration to the filling line to combat this issue, enabling products to continue to circulate under refrigerated conditions in the event of an unplanned stoppage, thus eliminating the risk of bacteria growth.

Tetra Alsafe for ESL can be combined with a range of Tetra Pak ESL processing, buffering, filling, packaging and automation machines.
