Nominate your milk heroes

Dairy UK celebrates doorstep delivery by recognising the outstanding milkmen and women who have gone above and beyond the call of duty on their milk rounds.

The search is on for the next milk heroes who deserve to be rewarded for their dedication to the community and is calling on all its members to nominate.

Previously winners of the award have rescued elderly customers, alerted the authorities to fires, thwarted burglaries and car thefts and been involved in a whole range of meritorious acts that have benefited customers and the local community.

Dr Judith Bryans, chief executive of Dairy UK, says, “Our milkmen and women are an important part of the community, and they willingly go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the safety of our neighbourhoods and the wellbeing of the community.

“Dairy UK is delighted to be bringing back the Milk Heroes award in recognition of our outstanding milkmen and women.”
