UK – Members of dairy co-op First Milk gave their backing to the company’s bid to take a significant shareholding in Scottish milk supplier Robert Wiseman.

First Milk plans to take a 15% share in the company, and John Duncan, First Milk’s chief executive, said: “This is an important step forward for First Milk and our members, and the unanimous support for the move at our AGM backs the strategy behind our unique approach to vertical integration.”
