ISRAEL – Frutarom Industries has completed the takeover of International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF), which has bases in Germany and Switzerland.

IFF is a fruit preparations business with revenues of $90 million last year, which serves a number of industries, including dairy, with compounds of fruit and other natural ingredients used as natural flavour materials.

The company has been bought by Frutarom for
