Berchtesgadener award goes to police

German dairy Berchtesgadener Land has received an innovation prize from the Sparkasse Berchtesgadener Land for its newest market branding.

Managing director Bernhard Pointner announced at the award ceremony that the €5,000 prize money will be donated to Bayerische Polizeistiftung (Bavarian Police Foundation).

“In addition to our dreamy landscape, the basis for our success is the quality of life in the Berchtesgaden region. This also includes the high degree of safety. We know exactly to whom we owe the security location advantage,” Pointner says.

He has also promised further support for the police in the future.
