DMK gets ok in Netherlands

Germany’s biggest dairy group Deutsches Milchkontor (DMK) can now strengthen its market position in the Netherlands, as the cartel authorities in the Netherlands has allowed DOC Dairy Partners, a subsidiary of DMK, to take over Dutch business Uniekaas.

The acquisition includes the Uniekaas brand and Dutch business activities.

These include the maturation, packaging and production activities of the company at its Kaatsheuvel plant.
