FRANCE/GERMANY – Bongrain has announced that it has reached an agreement with Unilever Bestfoods Deutschland to buy its cheese production activities.

The sale includes two of Unilever’s brands, Milkana and Bresso, which cover the soft, fresh and processed cheese segments.
