THE NETHERLANDS – Campina has been named the biggest brand in Dutch supermarkets for the second time running by Foodmagazine.

The results were drawn from data collected at supermarket checkouts, and Campina products such as milk, dairy drinks, yogurts and creams counted towards the company’s total.

In particular, Campina’s branded cheese and butter products performed very well, while its Botergoud range of plain and herb butters showed strong growth. The company is the market leader for butter in Holland.

The company’s position as the leading supermarket brand is despite the exclusion of non-Campina branded products, such as Mona and Vifit.
