ITALY – Procomac, a manufacturing company for bottling lines based in Sala Baganza, is one of the first companies to achieve the 3-A international certificate for its milk filling lines.

The certification formulates standards and practices for the sanitary design, fabrication, installation and cleanability of dairy processes and equipment where a high degree of sterilisation is required.

The aim of the certificate is to protect products from contamination and to ensure that all product surfaces can be mechanically cleaned or easily dismantled for manual cleaning.

It guarantees that the production of the milk filler complies with standards given by the 3-A Sanitary Standard.
