Danone ups investment in organic yogurt producer

FRANCE/USA – Groupe Danone has doubled its stake in Stoneyfield Farm, the USA’s largest organic yogurt producer.

Danone originally bought 40% of the company’s shares in October 2001, but has now increased that holding to 80% for an undisclosed sum.
