USA – Researchers at the University of Wisconsin believe that the cheese industry is losing millions of dollars a year due to defects in Cheddar, Swiss and American-type cheeses.

The researchers at the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research estimated the loses to be in excess of $63 million (
