Lubborn opens new creamery

UK – The UK’s Lubborn Cheese is to open its new creamery tomorrow (Friday 4 July).

The new site will be opened by the Prince of Wales. Lubborn managing director James Farnham said: “We are delighted to welcome the Prince of Wales to Lubborn to open our new creamery, which is the culmination of many years of hard work and dedication.” Lubborn produces a number of soft cheeses, including Somerset Brie, Somerset Camembert and Capricorn Goats Cheese. It is owned by dairy farming co-operative Dairy Farmers of Britain.
