UK – Campina UK, part of the Dutch dairy multinational, announced this week that it is to supply supermarket chain Tesco with yogurt for its Value brand.

Campina decided that its production plant in Heilbronn, Germany, could supply Tesco’s Value brand after looking at ways it could expand its business with Tesco in January.

Campina already produces other Tesco branded dairy products at the plant.

The Tesco Value yogurts will be sold in packs of four in raspberry, strawberry, Peach Melba and black cherry. The strawberry and Peach Melba flavours will also be available in larger jars.

In a statement, Campina UK said it hoped the contract would attract other large orders.
