Ice cream sales co-operation for HofEis brand

German dairy Schwarzwaldmilch is taking over the field ice cream trade as part of sales co-operation with Schwarzwälder Eismanufaktur (Black Forest ice cream manufacturer), as of 15 June.

Support at the central customer level remains with Schwarzwälder Eismanufaktur.

The HofEis ice cream brand contains Black Forest pasture milk as well as Black Forest organic milk certified by German organic association Bioland.
