As the size of the cheese snack market grows, so does the amount of products available in the sector. The latest newcomer is Cheddar Snack from UK farmhouse cheesemaker Wyke Farms.
Cheddar Snacks are 35g, fixed weight cheese sticks with a shelf life of 80 days. They are made from Wyke’s established mature farmhouse Cheddar, which has won over 60 prizes for the company at national and regional cheese shows.
