Landana debuts black garlic cheese

Landana is proud to announce the launch of its black garlic cheese, a new specialty cheese with a slightly spicy and sweet character due to the addition of caramelized garlic.
The creamy cheese is refined with black garlic, which is created by a long caramelization process of garlic, through this process the special flavour is developed.
Landana cheeses are prepared using time-tested cheese makers’ traditions. Landana matures for many weeks on untreated wooden shelves in cheese warehouses in the ‘Green Heart of Holland’. The cheese maker continuously turns the cheese by hand until they have acquired the quality expected of a Landana cheese.
