Erskine becomes the new face of Stilton cheese
Celebrity chef Gizzi Erskine is aiming to raise the profile of Stilton cheese after being signed up by the Stilton Cheese Makers Association (SCMA).
Erskine (pictured left), who is also a food stylist, will be fronting a campaign to position the British cheese as a year-round essential food shopping item and key ingredient for everyday cooking, emphasising its popularity away from the traditional Christmas cheeseboard.
Erskine also wants to show younger people that cooking does not have to be complicated and difficult.
