Arla, one of the world’s largest dairy produce manufacturers, has
temporarily stopped production at its factory in Hohhot – where it runs a milk powder factory with Chinese partner Mengniu – after three samples tested positive for melamine in milk powder.

Production was stopped on Wednesday morning (24 Sep) after Mengniu held a crisis management meeting.
