Clawson completes Hartington deal

Farmer co-operative Long Clawson Dairy (Clawson) has recently completed the acquisition of Dairy Crest’s Stilton and speciality cheese business, including its Hartington creamery.

Employee consultation regarding the future of the Hartington site is ongoing.
