New Danone milk facility in Turkey

Danone has opened its new milk production facility in Yenikoy, Turkey as part of a rapid expansion in the country, according to Frank Ribboud, CEO of the Danone Group.

He notes that the Yenikoy facility will lower bacteria in milk to the EU standard of 100,000 per cubic centimetre from its current levels of 325,000 bacteria per cubic centimetre.
