Dairy Crest appoints Foods Division director

UK’s Dairy Crest has appointed Martyn Wilks as executive managing director of its Foods Division as of 7 January 2008.

Wilks, 49, has worked for Mars for 20 years and was most recently president of the Snackfood Division of Masterfoods USA. He takes over from Peter Thornton who will leave the company on 31 March 2008 following a period of handover.
