This is according to the latest news from the Bavarian Eidelweiss dairy, which has just introduced the idea under its Milkana label. The launch follows a year of great success for a similar concept: butter with fresh yoghurt. Bestselling products from Meggle and the organic food leader in Germany, Dunree, were prominent in butter sales last year.
