Arla’s Ingman Foods buy cleared

The European Commission has cleared the acquisition of Finnish Ingman Foods by Arla.

The Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area. It said that the horizontal overlaps between the activities of Ingman and Arla are very limited as they focus on different national markets.
