Groupe Danone in China dairy deal

China Mengniu Dairy Company has agreed to form joint ventures with French Groupe Danone, the worlds’ largest yogurt manufacturer, to manufacture, develop, distribute and sell yogurt products.

China Mengniu will hold 50% of the joint ventures.
