Russian ban on dairy not hurting Ukraine

A Russian ban on supplies of Ukrainian animal products has brought no direct damages to Ukraine as the produce was realised on the internal market, according to Pavlo Haidutsky, social minister for the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine.

The Russian embargo began in January 2006, due to unresolved veterinary protocols.
