Pioneer buys Arab Dairy in Egypt

Egypt’s Arab Dairy has been purchased for E£255 million (€29.8 million) by Pioneer, an Egyptian financial services firm. Pioneer already owns 20% of the dairy. The company was also bid for by Al-Nour, a subsidiary of Lactalis.
