Arla Foods wins for German success

Arla Foods has been recognized for its success in the German market by the German-Danish Chamber of Commerce with an award – the Business Award 2015. Arla CEO Tim Ørting Jørgensen received it in a recent ceremony in Copenhagen.

“We are proud and delighted to have won this year’s German-Danish business prize. Behind us lies an intense journey that has meant that we have taken in recent years a leading position in the German market. This process took time and dedicated employees, who have a common goal in mind. This award is therefore a nice recognition of our work and at the same time motivation that we continue to develop our business and improve our results”, says Ørting Jørgensen.

Each year, the German-Danish Chamber of Commerce chooses a company that has done well in the Danish-German business exchange. From the applications received, the Chamber of Commerce selects the finalists. After that, the winner is chosen via online voting and a jury.
