UK – Galbani has introduced two new low fat cheeses to its foodservice range.

The company says that the 5% fat Ricotta and 8% fat Mozzarella can be used across a variety of traditional Italian recipes.

The Ricotta is packed in two five kilogram cases, which the Mozzarella is sold in packs of four two kilogram trays.
