UK – Astley Chase Estate has revealed the largest ever hand-made Cheddar cheese.

The Dorset-based company says that the cheese, weighs over 500 kilograms and has a diameter of one metre – 18 times bigger than a conventional Cheddar.

It is believed to be the largest cheese of it’s type produced in Britain and, once matured, is will be put on display in the famous Harrods shop in London.
