Powerful new Cheddar from Collier’s

UK – A new cheese from Fayrefield Foods promises to deliver exactly what is says on the pack, Collier’s – The Powerful Welsh Cheddar.

The product is a being placed in the premium market and is made in Wales, entirely from Welsh milk. Made from a “secret recipe”, it is matured for at least 18 months, which is said to help maintain its character and depth of taste.

The company said the product “is proud to share its name, as well as its characteristics, with the dedicated miners who for centuries were the very backbone of the Welsh nation and many English regions”.
