The DC shuffle

UK – Dairy Crest has said that is will restructure its business as of 1 November.

The reorganisation will put the company’s five existing businesses into two divisions – foods and dairy. Foods will include spreads and cheese, while dairy will be made up of liquid products, ingredients and household products.

The idea of the move is to remove duplication of some roles in sales, marketing, finance and human resources. Dairy Crest has not said how many jobs will go.
