Fonterra makes changes at the top

NEW ZEALAND – Fonterra’s new chief executive Andrew Ferrier has made a number of changes to his senior management team in a bid to help growth and increase profit.

Reorganisation of the company will see New Zealand Milk, the consumer products business, transferred to Fonterra’s new Aukland head office in May 2004.

New Zealand Milk’s managing director David Pilkington has said that he does not want to leave Wellington for family reasons, so will act as a consultant until a replacement is found.
