Australian Brie is world champion

This Year’s World Champion Cheese Contest has been won by Craig Sceney of Australian cheese processor Jindi Cheese.
Sceney’s Brie entry achieved a score of 97.59%. It is the second year running an Australian cheese has won the competition held in Wisconsin, USA.
