Australian Brie wins World Champion Cheese contest

INTERNATIONAL – Craig Sceney, of Australian cheese processor Jindi Cheese, has won this year’s World Champion Cheese Contest.

The Brie entry achieved a score of 97.59% and this is the second year running an Australian cheese has won the competition, held in Wisconsin, USA.
