UK – Cheese processor North Bradon Farm has completed the installation of its Cheese Alternative processing plant.

Cheese Alternative is made in the same way as traditional hard cheeses, except that saturated animal fat is replaced with vegetable oil before pasteurisation. The end product contains 90% less cholesterol and 60% less saturated fat than full fat cheese.
