DMK showcases new stand at Anuga

A new stand concept from the DMK Group will be on display at this year’s Anuga exhibition (5-9 October). The design is emphasising German co-operative DMK’s vision for the year 2030, the company says, which is, “The first choice for dairy products of natural origin, for a lifetime.”
The stand will also highlight the launch of the new packaging for Oldenburger Professional for the international food service market. Michael Feller, COO of the Business Unit International, notes, “With the new appearance of Oldenburger Professional we are showing restaurateurs the diversity of applications in our product world and are consistently following up on new trends with our international team of chefs.”
Heiko Antoniewicz, a consultant for culinary concepts, will present his latest ideas at the DMK booth during his live cooking shows at Anuga.
“Tomorrow,people expect shopping or dining to be an experience. That’s why we have to identify trends early and implement them with original ideas,” explains Feller. “In the German market the DMK Group has developed into the market leader in the food service sector with Milram. This know-how continues to be transferred to international markets through our chef network.”
