UK – Rachel’s Organic Dairy has launched a new lightly salted Welsh butter.

Made using fresh organic cream, it follows an original family recipe based on west Wales’s tradition of salt butter. It contains no added stabilisers, preservatives, thickeners or artificial sweeteners and is wrapped in black packaging containing both English and Welsh phrases. Response to tastings so far has been very positive, claims the company.
