Cheese Expo postponed to 2021
The 2020 Cheese Expo has been postponed and rescheduled for 6-8 April 2021 at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee.
The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and Center for Dairy Research said that the decision to postpone was made with “the goal of protecting the health and well-being of our friends and partners in the dairy industry, being cognizant of the welfare of all citizens in the long tradition of our “safety-first” industry, and delivering an education event that everyone in industry will be able to attend”.
The postponement comes at the same time as the State of Wisconsin’s recommendation that all non-essential gatherings of 250 or more people should be cancelled or postponed.
