Schwarzwaldmilch works from home

Against the background of the coronavirus pandemic, German dairy Schwarzwaldmilch is pulling out all of its sales force. The support for food retailing and catering will continue to be provided via a continuous telephone accessibility of the field staff from home offices.

“Health is the top priority in the current times. With our measure, we protect not only our employees, but also all of our customers. Everyone currently has to make a contribution to reducing social contacts to the bare minimum,” explained Jens Müller, head of sales at Schwarzwaldmilch.

Retailers from the German food retail sector already have numerous restrictions on access from outside companies to their branches.
