The International Cheese Awards go online

The International Cheese & Dairy Awards (ICDA) has announced that this year’s International Cheese Awards are going online. The virtual awards will be hosted by dairy process solution experts, Sycamore Process Engineering, and automation partner Au2mate.

The online experience is designed to mimic the on-stand experience at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards (previously known as Nantwich) where cheese and dairy brands of all sizes can ask questions about their processing needs, CIPs, pasteurisers, upgrades and more. The team at Sycamore and Au2mate are offering up 1-2-1 meetings on Tuesday 28 July to give cheese companies the opportunity to do just that.

Paul Manning, project director at Sycamore, commented: “We’ve attended this cheese show pretty much every year for the last twenty years, so it was a real shame Covid called its cancellation this year. We get lots of enquiries on the trade day so want to give companies the opportunity to ask the questions they would have; had we been on a stand with a coffee. Individuals or teams can book 30-minute slots with us and we’ll send them a little something to help make it feel like the real thing.”
