Artisanal cheese platform launched in Germany

Artisanal cheese factories in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania areas of Germany have now established a joint marketing platform on the internet, with the support of the local governments.

Under the direction of the Stralsund office for culinary measures, an internet platform has been created, on which 21 of the 25 farm cheese producers in the northeastern Germany are represented.
