Virtual cheese fair in US for Baldauf Käse

Zoom, which many have used for meetings during the Covid-19 pandemic, has been an opportunity for Baldauf Käse in Germany, as there are currently are no trade fairs in the US, where the dairy can promote the cheese.

The Baldauf Käse dairy has taken part in a virtual ‘cheese tasting’ in the US, where cheese expert Janet Fletscher and Laura Werlin presented a four-week series of Zoom tastings on their cheese o’clock website, during which the participants were introduced to a large selection of the best cheeses in the world.

Baldauf Käse saw over 250 interested parties at the event, the company says.
